Hello Everyone,

Any Feb 2014 filer(I-130) approve yet? The waiting is killing me :(

Yeah - my IV was processed in 3 months. Actually arriving in the States next month. Took a while to get documents from the local dept. of home affairs otherwise would have been even quicker.

Here it says they're currently working on Dec. 14th, 2013.

I don't mean to turn anyone off, but that timeline is the most inconsistent I've ever seen, it just drives me nuts so I stopped looking at it. I noticed it went from Dec 27th at one point, to Dec 3rd, then again to Dec 10th and back up to Jan 10th then now Dec 14th! So I stopped believing that this is in any way helpful to all of us.

USCIS has received your request to expedite your case. We have granted this request and will have your application forwarded to a supervisor for expedited review. This process will take approximately 30 days and we ask that you please refrain from sending repeat inquiries; this only slows down our process. Yup. Pretty much this.

I saw it read Dec 31 once, then the next day back down to like the 15th. It's so random I don't even check it anymore.

Hello again February filers!! My husband is in Canada visiting me and has been for the past two weeks, so while I was at work tonight he texted me one of the most amazing things I've ever read. "We got approved." I couldn't wait to get home, and now here I am, so freaking amazed. Just earlier this week I was freaking out over how we might never get approved, what if the pictures I sent in weren't the right size, being together for 4 years and not getting to live together as soon as we married being emotionally draining, you know, your average freak out while you wait for the government to determine if you get to live with your spouse.

Anyways, I don't want to boast too much, I'm just so excited. I hope everyone else in February get approved soon!! Good luck everyone ^_^
