I tried logging in to the USCIS site but it says no case or something like that? How long after the NOA1 hardcopy can I see my case update!? help?

Same problem here, i got the NOA1 last Feb 27, and still case is not showing up on line.

May i know what service center did your case go to? Ours is Texas Service Center.

My I-130 was sent to the Nebraska Service Center I`m debating if i should call but what exactly would I ask @_@ I don`t want to hear what may already know I have to wait but how long???

I know that it will still be a long wait for us to get our noa2 but at least we are getting there. Good luck to all of us and may we be with our loved ones sooner. :)

My husband filed our I130 thread on Feb 28. Received noa1 through email on March 5 and through snail mail on March 10.

I know that it will still be a long wait for us to get our noa2 but at least we are getting there. Good luck to all of us and may we be with our loved ones sooner. :)

Welcome to thread we have kind of the same timeline mine got routed to Nebraska may I ask if yours was routed there as well?

Same problem here, i got the NOA1 last Feb 27, and still case is not showing up on line.

May i know what service center did your case go to? Ours is Texas Service Center.

It took about 2 weeks from the e-mail to get it to show up online. I'm abroad so the hard copy took about 3 weeks to arrive.

We sent our packet Feb 10th and we haven't received NOA-1, our cheque has been cashed though this past week. I wonder when our NOA1 will arrive hmmm

I've been calling them and i always get the same answer, you just have to wait 30-45 days before you can report it to USCIS.. They said it just needed some time to show up on their system & this is something we should not be worried about. But I feel like it's at the bottom of the files that's why it's not entered yet, i'm hoping I'm wrong..

Aww. That's good to know, this week will be my 2nd week since I got the NOA1 e-mail.. So i'm Crossing fingers & praying harder... ?

Hi guys! Just received my NOA2 from the mail today, it's dated mar. 5,2014. When I first checked the status online last feb.28, it's says we were approved on feb. 20,2014 and they send me a letter of approval. But then after waiting for like almost two weeks I decided to call USCIS to asked for NOA2. On Mar. 5,2014 they said i have to wait at least 30days. But after talking to her i got an e-mail saying on mar. 5 we approved your petition (AGAIN) and we send it to NVC or DOS. Finally today, it's official i got our NOA2 by mail.

08/17/2013 got married

02/04/2014 I-130 sent

02/05/2014 Priority date

02/10/2014 NOA 1 received by mail

03/05/2014 I-130 approved/ NOA 2

03/12/2014 NVC Received

04/15/2014 case # & IIN # assigned

04/15/2014 received DS-261/ I-864 bill invoice
