I wouldn´t worry too much....the April 15th processing dates are from December, just hope for the best....lots of fast NOA 2´s are coming from Nebraska, and not just Philippine cases that were expedited. We have to stay positive and hope for the best. Also if you look at the Immigration Timelines here on Visa Journey you will see that cases from Nebraska are being adjudicated faster than anywhere else. Hopefully this is true....according to the data there they are adjudicating cases from December 3rd, which is awesome....if it is true :)

Thank you so much i was really worried i just realized this was on my timeline (: Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between April 15, 2014 and May 28, 2014*. which really it seems amazing compared to the 6-9 months i keep seeing from other couples (;

Hello everyone!!! I filed my I-130 on Friday Feb 21st. I just received my NOA1 via mail yesterday. I am so excited. I have received some advice to file the I-129f now that I received my NOA1. Do you guys really think that the process will go any faster? I am getting discouraged after reading a lot of timelines that are taking more than 8 months to a year before the interview. My info: Its our first marriage. We don't have any children. I have never filed before. I am a American citizen.

We are still waiting for NOA1 too..hang in there .I thought our package was lost because there was never any indication it was tracked and traced anywhere .Then they cashed the check...cant view it yet as there is only a memo in its place as it has not been scanned by the bank yet but the money is gone for the check amount . Little glimmers of hope :-)

We finally got an image of the front and back of cashed check...there are a lot of numbers across the top front and the back of check...help how do I find out where our case was sent?They actually processed the check on Feb 27th...

Edited to add that the large string of numbers starts with LIN then a string of 10 numbers .We filed from out of the country.
