Hi Carolyn,

I'm new to this hole thing. In fact, we haven't decide what we want to do at this point.

My honey and I have been corresponding for a year now. We are making plans for our first

visit together. He applied for a tourist visa and of course was denied. He is Pakistani

but resides in Abu Dhabi. I have been doing all the reading I can stand to do, trying to

learn as much as I can as to what would be the best direction to go in.

I writing you to first congratulate you! That is awesome. I had read Pakistanis get put into

adm. processing for up to three years but you had to have endured some nerve racking

moments and many tears. I am sooooo happy for you that it is finally over!

I was wondering if you might have a lil advise for me. Is it better to file for K-1 or CR-1?

What evidence is needed to prove our relationship? I read front loading is best. Someone

also said that if you include to much evidence, they will accuse you of fraud. Also if you don't

mind, did you hire a lawyer in the US or in Pakistan?

Again, CONGRATULATIONS!!!

NN
