My russian foreign passport is going to be expired soon and I was wondering if somebody knows how and where I could change the date on it living in USA.

I did what you advised me and have found the consulate I need (Texas one) but they don't give any site where I could look for the forms and fees and the whole process info I need.

Do you know how I can get that?

Call the Russian Consultate in Texas, they will provide you with the information.

I cannot find that information either. However, it may only be available in the Russian language. Perhaps you can call them during business hours?
