Mailed civil documents.

Hi, mailed my civil documents today. Does anyone know how long it takes to get a interview date? What happens now that we finished our steps at nvc? Anything we should gather and get ready before interview? My husbands interview will be in delhi. All the help will be appreciated. Thanks

Hello There,

Now that you have submitted everything to NVC, its waiting time again....

I have also submitted Civil Docs and the AOS packet for my Wife at the END of January. You can call NVC and ask them if they have received the packets.

They say it can take upto 30 Business days to process the paperwork. And if they need something, they will send you a checklist (Hopefully Not), and then the 30 days times restarts again.

If not already obtain the PCC from the local Police Station ( Its not stated as required on NVC website but just in case).

My guess is that the interview date will in April.

Yes, Ive been calling NVC every other day it seems just to see if I get a different answer.

Waited all this time, don't have patience anymore.

I submitted my husbands PCC with the civil documents since my husband got everything certified.

I hope we hear back soon, and they could get a interview set for march.

Do you know what documents they need to take to the delhi embassy?
