Electronic I-94 - Not Found

Hi,

My fiance and I are int he process of Assembling the I-485 Package. I notice we have to submit his I-94. We were trying to retrieve his I-94 online but it is Not Found. His POE is Houston and he enters on January 28, 2014. My question is if it is not found, what should we do to get it? or is it possible to not include the I-94 since we're going to submit a copy of his K1 visa as well as the stamp from immigration when he enters the US? your help and anwers is really appreciated. Thank you

You need to call your local CBP office to see when they do walk-ins and you will have to go and have I-94 fixed in the system and then they will give you a printout to submitwith your paperwork.

That happened to us too. I finally figured out that I put her birthday in wrong. Conclusion? Double check all of your entries...

Thank you for the answers. I've called the CBP office and they checked his file. for some reason they were able to pull up his entry record but there's no I-94 number. So, the officer told me to go tho the nearest office and get it fix. I hope we wont be any problem getting it. Again, thank you all for the answers.
