  1. 1. Should Puerto Ricans born in Puerto Rico be stripped of their U.S. citizenship?

    • Yes. There is nothing American about Puerto Rico or Puerto Ricans.
    • No. They are entitled to their U.S. citizenship, but let's be honest - English speaking white folk are more American than they are.
    • No. They are as American as any other American.

Hey, it was Spanish speaking long before Fremont and his thugs took over the place, burning the former capital at Monterey, destroying all the records of the Spanish land grants.

So, according to your logic, is Louisiana a French-speaking state?

Is French the predominately spoken language in Louisiana?

No, and neither is Spanish the predominantly spoken language in California. Yet you claimed because of its history that it is, so I asked if the same would apply to Louisiana.

Is it hard to see the difference between your questions?

Honestly, I don't know why I even bother.

Sorry you appear to be misinformed.

English is only spoken in certain gated communities

Spanish appears to be about 30% and about 60% of Californians speak English as their primary language.

Have you been listening to Fox news about how the whole state is illegals? Gated communities? Please.

Drive around the state and just try to find an English speaking radio station.

I have. And they are more rare. I prefer to go with census data to amount of radio stations speaking Spanish.

Why do you all hate Spanish speakers?

Census QuickFacts - http://quickfacts.census.gov/qfd/states/06000.html

43.5% of Californians speak a language other than English at home.

That means >50% speak English at home.

I wonder what the census participation rate is among Spanish speakers.
