Some people actually believed that Obama only f%ked up the website. That once a simple website was working at a level unacceptable to any business requiring results (90% reliable and insecure...seriously?) that there would actually be great healthcare on the other side...

If you cannot find a doctor it indeed does cut health care cost in this country

Observations from my peer group (former peer group, as I'm now retired but still allowed to sit in on the conference calls):

1. doctors have opted out of the program

2. billing systems not upgraded/enhanced to carry 'those rates' , only learned of as an 'oops moment'.

3. doctors refusing to upgrade, on purpose.

4. backhaul data carriers increased their rates for processing to accommodate the new sh|te, doctors cancelled contracts for billing/online medical files/online diagnosis tracking.

I'd much rather barter with a country doctor, giving over a goat or half a steer in exchange. Sure, it'll mean no cancer treatments or severe heart problems...

I dunno what the answer is, really. This Kenyan fella has it all muddled. I feel he chose a Canadien Integration Company, because he wants the Canadien HealthCare system to get adopted on the 5th round of fixin.

Can we say "slacktards"? "Rump swabs" seems to have passed muster as long as you do not refer to any particular rump swab*. This is good news.

*Obama rump swabs are self identifying though.
