Hi everyone,

I have 2 questions, my wife is the beneficiary, I have one daughter(2yrs) but I file tax single and can not include my wife and daughter since they are not immigrated yet, they also don't have social security number. Only my daughter is a US citizen, but she is living with my wife as my wife is waiting in the process.so the part 5 of i864 is very confusing, please help me to fill out the form so that I don't count them twice! do I need to mention my daughter in part 5 of i864?

Please help me,
