This sort of criminal is why I support the death penalty for rapists. In a recent thread, some folks were crying about rapists becoming rehabilitated in prison, and how we should give them a chance.

I hope no one ever falsely accuses someone of rape and then a jury convicts them. I'm sure that never happens. But they could always appeal, oh never mind.

Yeah, yeah, I hear ya. One would hope that due process & diligence was given in the first place. But it's not always. Duly noted.

The idea of a rapist or a murderer getting away with their crime, or being afforded another opportunity to do it again really rubs me the wrong way.
