Someone posts something, then comes the hatred and bigotry thinly disguised as "logic" or "facts", then comes the counterattack with links and evidence. At that point, it goes two ways. They either change the subject or run into another thread. Because they can't afford to learn anything that doesn't support their bigotry.

Certain offenses are very much tolerated by the moderation. Others not so much. You can unleash racism and bigotry all day long without any problem whatsoever. Calling such posts idotic - which they are, of course - gets you locked in the bunker. It's how VJ works these days. Wanna stay in good shape? Just be a little bigoted. Too bad I can't get myself to do that.

I've heard about this from someone here, the biggest instigators are the ones who report the quickest. I've seen our favorite from VT run and report when he was getting e-smacked about minorities in his state.
