hello everybody i want ask if i can aply for k1 visa while my ir1 is sent back to uscis since 6 setember 2012

my wife is sick with diabetic and pression and she can not come here to visit me ? before she visited me for 3 times

K-1 is for fiances. You're married, it will not apply to you and will be denied.

You cannot apply for a fiancé visa for your wife... A k1 requires that you be UNMARRIED... D you mean k3 ?

No, you are married so you cannot file a petition for a fiancée. Furthermore, a married woman cannot get a fiancée visa.
