Personally I'm not too fussed about what happens to him as long as it is the result of a fair and impartial trial.

I think the Iraqis are shooting themselves in the foot by doing this (although as Saddam was tried in Iraq and not in the Hague its unlikely that they have too much of a choice in the matter) - simply because the crimes of the regime do not end with Saddam Hussein.

Lets look at this new Iraq:

When i think of Saddam, i think of the thousands of, men, woman and children that where killed, the human beings that where put into vats of acid by the man himself as he watched.... when i think of the hanging, i just feel that the punishment did not even fit the crime.
