Hi,

Wanted to check if anyone's case has been transferred from NBC to Nebraska( on Dec 4th) , and have got an update. We completed our 60 day time limit today , but have not heard anything on the case.My lawyer also opened a case with USCIS and they said expect a response in 15 days and also agreed the case has crossed normal processing time , but have not heard on the case either.

Should i contact the local congresswoman ??

Thanks

Yeah , have mailed my rep all the documents and spoke to her yesterday. She has said to touch base in 10-14 days.

Don't understand why they transfer the case to Nebraska , which is equally as slow as NBC.Where as people whose case got transferred , to other centers are getting approvals with later priority dates.

I got transferred on December 5th and no approval yet :-( they speed up the process when we sent letters complaining and that produces some results but now they are back to their old habit (sleeping at work). We should start another letter about length of time it is taking to adjudicate petitions.
