APPROVED!

My interview was at 11 am, I got there at 10 50 am and was out by 11 10 am! There were tons of people in the non-immigrant visa section but only a few in the immigrant one. My interview was so short! The man who was conducting the interview was soooo nice and he smiled a lot!

I felt so relieved and happy afterwards that I got all chocked up and ended up crying once I got outside haha! We have waited for so long, I can't believe the long distance part of our relationship is about to end!

Thank you everyone for the support! I am sooo thankful for this group and for this forum :)

I read a thread today about a guy that had his interview today at Montreal was given a 221g for missing the 2013 tax transcript even though he had paystubs and W-2s. I sent him the last 3 years worth of tax returns, but I just hope he didn't forget anything. We just skyped and he seems to have everything but I will keep being doubtful until they tell us otherwise LOL I don't want to get my hopes up....too much :) Even if we do get a 221g, I know its not the end of the world. We will just have to submit what they are asking for and wait a little longer. I am preparing myself for both scenarios. My stomach is in knots! I just need this part to be over!

Hey

When filling out the I134..... question 11 - did anyone say intend or not intend to support?

I just went with the VJ example that says N/A (K-1 Visa Process for Permanent Residence). I did not check either one

Here's the example: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf

I need an update from Abby! Ive been thinking about you and Andre all morning!

LOL Ok so here it is...

Leave it to me to be the first one to get a 221g LOL :). They are needing the original of my divorce decree which I do not have so I sent Andre a certified copy. Little did I know, the courthouse does not give a raised seal unless you asked for it. SO...I went today and got a new one with the raised seal and sent it Express to him today...It is guaranteed to get there by Thursday. I am a little sad, but keeping the faith that they will issue the visa as soon as they get this stupid thing! Luckily, we are not on a time crunch really and our goal of him coming here is still attainable. Everything else was fine, but they did not keep his passport. They said to Fed Ex it to them with the new divorce decree.

UGHHHHH :(
