Yeah, It's crazy that some people are getting approved so fast. Some of the cases that have been approved faster are from areas affected by natural disasters (typhoon Haiyan/Yolanda?) so the applications get expedited! But still it looks like they're speeding through the applications!

16 January 2014: I-129F Application sent!

3rd February 2014: NOA1

10th February 2014: NOA1 Hardcopy received

NOA2: (File accidentally sent to NVC without approval, NOA2 actually received 5th May 2014)

12th March 2014: File sent to NVC (without approval)

26th March 2014: NVC Sent petition to London!

28th March 2014: Received in London

3rd April 2014: Packet 3

24th April 2014: Medical

27th May 2014: Interview!

4th June 2014: VISA ISSUED!

24th August 2014: POE

September 25, 2014: Status changed to "Request For Evidence Response Review"

October 9, 2014: I 485 changed to "Testing and Interview"

October 9, 2014: EAD changed to "Card/Document Production"

October 9, 2014: AP changed to "Post Decision Activity"

October 18, 2014: EAD and AP arrive in the mail!

October 23, 2014: Got a Job! - My very first American job! Yay!

Are most of the January ones approved?

It's showing 60% of January filers have been approved and 10% of February at CSC and 20% of January at Texas! Although this is just the data for this website but still it's something to go by :)

It's just based on the I-129f's that have been approved, if you go onto 'Immigration timelines' and look on 'Igors list' there's a bar chart showing the percentage approved. It's got separate charts for TSC and CSC, the charts never reach 100% due to people not filling in timelines and people getting denied but it's a good reference to see how fast they're working!

06/23/14 - Interview

07/03/14 - Ben arrived in Detroit!!! :):dancing:

07/26/14 - WE GOT MARRIED :wub::dance:

Adjustment of Status

09/05/14 - Sent in for AOS/EAD/AP

09/09/14 - Case was received

09/25/14 - Biometrics done (early walk-in)

09/26/14 - RFE (needed additional tax documentation and Affidavit of Support issues) :ranting:

11/04/14 - Sent RFE response

11/07/14 - Received RFE reponse (RFE Response Review)

12/10/14- Put in an Inquiry about my case (Says we should hear from them by January 1st)

01/06/15 - Called USCIS inquiring about my case

01/09/15 - Received text/email alerts saying my husband's EAD/AP card has been ordered! YAYYYYY! :dancing:

01/12/15 - Received second email/text saying his EAD/AP card is being produced!

01/16/15 - Received email/text that EAD/AP card was mailed and was given tracking number

01/17/15 - EAD/AP card in hand!

01/29/15 - Received notification that our Interview has been scheduled for Mar. 3rd!

Does that mean that 60% of the January filers have their NOA2s?!?!? So fast!

It's really hard to contain the excitement and nerves - we literally just sent our package on Wednesday and I am already checking the tracking info for USPS every hour or so. :D :D :D

I don't understand those percentages when they then say yet are still stuck on sept/oct. I wish I could jut go to sleep and wake up when we are approved. I can't handle this stress.
