Ok, so I have a few questions. I thought I would post here first instead of starting a new thread.

On the I-134,

Do we use our base salary or the amount from last years tax return? My employer letter states my base salary and this is what I put on the I-134, but I just read on another thread that they said to put the base salary on the employer letter, but last years gross income on the I-134. Does anyone know what to do?

Also, here is the list I have compiled of things I need to send Andre now for the interview. Please tell me if I have forgotten anything!

-Copy of entire I-129f packet (has my birth certificate, passport, and divorce decree)

-I-134

-Employer letter

-Last 6 months paystubs

-Bank Statements

-Last 3 years tax returns

-Copy of NOA1 & NOA2

-Updated Letter of Intent

-Utility Bills (to establish domicile)

-A few pages per month of phone bill (Feb to May) to establish ongoing communication

-A few pages of our video chat logs (Feb to May)

We do not have any additional photos, boarding passes, or passport stamps because we have not visited since filing. :(

Andre will have to bring:

-Passport and copies of bio page

-birth certificate and copy

-police check and copy

-medical results

-2 passport style photos

-money

Any additional info or input is appreciated! Thanks guys! :)

You will state your base salary as what you currently make. What I did was I printed out the yearly salary scale for my employment and highlighted how much I made per year as well as stated the following in your employment letter, 1.When you were hired, 2. How much you make per year, 3. How many hours per week you work. 4. State that you are a permanent full time employee, 5. Your job title/employers name. 6. And if possible you get them to do it on a company letter head . Also yes you can include the previous years but as long as you make 125% poverty income then that is all they really care about.

Thanks for the input. I do make over 125% of the poverty level with my base income or last years tax return so it doesnt matter to me which one I use. I will just leave it with my base income. As for my employer letter, it only states that I am currently an employee in good standing and make X amount per year. Surely that should be sufficient since I will also include paystubs.

Yeah that should be enough I would think since they are verifying your employment and confirming your salary :)

Hey everyone! I have been following this thread throughout the entire process and it has been VERY helpful! So far I have been able to get every answer questioned based on your postings. Thank you. I am pretty sure that is the only way I stay sane each day. I do have a question though. Per the CEAC website My fiance's case was marked as "In Transit" today from the NVC. I have tried to find it on the DHL website but not having any luck finding my tracking number. Any help would be appreciated!

DHL can take up to 24 hours to register the tracking numbers. Same for most postal services that have a tracking number. Hope this helps a bit.

That does thank you very much! Do you know do I use the EXP __ APR 2014A as the tracking number? Or is there a special place I need to go? Thanks again!

You will have to go to input the info under Shippers Reference not the tracking. What day did your status change to ready? You will use the business day before that. I can try to help you if you can't find it.

Hey there--any luck on finding out an interview date?

Our status on CEAC changed to "Ready" today, so we filled out our DS-160 and submitted the readiness form--just curious if we will get an interview date before the medical like you did! :)

They told me to disregard my interview letter, so it was clearly sent in error. A little disappointing but perhaps also a little relief since I have so much to do before deciding to leave... this last part of the process has gone so quickly (sorry to rub it in, TSC'ers... I don't mean it that way and I feel for you all!).

London are not going to fix an interview before medical results were in so don't count on it!

I surprised her with a proposal in Los Angeles, and this is how it went down!
