February 2014 filers

I was checking out the Texas stats today and it is RIDICULOUS. I would be angry and sad.

I wonder why they don't transfer some of their backlog to California, who seem to be racing through.

Sending positive thoughts your way!!! :D :D :D

I wholeheartedly agree with this. Abby and I were just talking about this earlier. Every time I post about progress, I cringe a little, because I'm SURE I'm silently getting cussed out by TSC people (I take no offense; I had a few ####### moments when I was still waiting for NOA2 and people who filed after me were getting approved ;) ). I can't believe they aren't transferring cases to California. It seems extremely unfair (I know the US gov't doesn't care about that), and also inefficient.

We're also sending +++++++++ vibes your way. As silly as this sounds, I really want us to all go through the process together, like we began it (it's a "Cumbaya" moment... everyone hold hands with the person next to you. ;) ). For what it's worth, you're in our thoughts that your process will speed the heck up!

We were JUST talking about this :) It truly does not make any sense to me why they can't just transfer a few thousand cases (say like all they have left for Nov, Dec, and Jan) to CSC so they can get processed quickly then TSC can work on Feb & Mar in the meantime, granted this will put CSC processing as quickly as they are right, but that would make both processing centers more even I would think. But what do we know, we're just the ones who pay hundreds and thousands of dollars for their services :) The part thats sucks the most, is you don't have any choice in the matter. You are literally stuck and theirs no one to complain to that will listen or even care. HUGELY unfair. Anyways rant over. I just want everyone at TSC to remember that you do have people here that care and I feel for each and every one of you!

Tina,

I LOL'd at the "Cumbaya" moment, but I feel the same way. We all started this process together and it would be great to get to see it through to the end together. We have an awesome bunch of people here. Anyway, if anyone just needs to talk or vent, I am a great listener, send me a PM. Fingers crossed for you! :)

No i need to wait at least 4-8 hours :D as what S&Elyn says no current available slot for interview this May :(

OMG, I checked for the interview dates while I was at work and I actually saw one open for May 6th! I really wanted to take it, but it's too soon for me. My fiance is visiting her family in Leyte until May 10th, so wouldn't be able to make it. I checked later in the day and it was of course already gone.

There is hope though that interviews will open up! Just have to keep checking. I've made it a habit to check everyday. The first June one I see, I'm taking :)

Quick question. Just checked my NVC case status, and it's now "In Transit" as of today! Moving along :) The note says that your case has been sent to the embassy and NVC has provided an interview date...

I assume it says that for everybody and I still actually need to schedule my own interview correct?

Thanks all!

Hello all,

The beneficiary here aka K. :)

We sent our 129F at the end of January, but received our NOA1 on February, so that makes us a February filer! :)

When checking our case status on https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do , saw a notice saying, "Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)", any one else here who got the same message? Does anyone here know what it signifies?

Please share. Thanks. :)

~K

we also received the same , "Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F and for our I 130. I have read many ideas as to what it means, but nothing official.

I will share as soon as i find true info! God Bless every family!!!!

Thanks. I also haven't found out what it means officially, but like you said, read bits n pieces. As far as the process is concerned, it's just that they have assigned the beneficiary an official number. That's all. :)

Wish you and everyone here all the best in their journey. :D

Lol not if you follow the TSC November and December threads! There are still people from November that aren't approved. I'm a Feb 18th NOA1 and I expect July. Read the other threads if you want an idea!
