You will enter the date in this format EXP __ APR 2014A. The underlined area is where you will put the day before your case left NVC. If it went IN Transit today (29th), you will use the 28th ex. EXP 28 APR 2014A. Then you will be able to get the Waybill # and track it.

Thanks Abby! Thanks for that info...I can't seem to get it to work. I called today and got my NVC case number and worked out it was assigned on the 24th of April and on the tracker it says it's in transit to the consulate. Is there a special way to enter that number like spaces between the numbers or anything?

mine (if it's the right waybill #) was signed for on Friday the 25th.

We got our case number from the NVC! I called last week. Still haven't received anything in the mail though and CEAC says "in transit" still even though it's been delivered (I tracked it on dhl) My fiancé scheduled his medical today for next Friday! Hopefully by then the Consulate will have everything together and all we'll have to do is fill out the DS -160 and the readiness form! :)

I never received a tracking number from DHL.....hmmmm????

I did send my p3 packet to that email address.... and received a reply - a general confirmation - but it was lengthy email stating a bunch of info including that they do not give out visa information thru that email.....I am bit worried as I thought I would receive an email confirming receipt is "thank you for your p3 package. we will get in touch shortly blah blah blah".... but have my fingers, toes, legs, arms.... and eyes crossed that its all good!!!!!!!

It might not let you see it anymore since its been a couple weeks. Good thing is you already know they have your case so you don't really need it I tried also and didn't come up with anything either.

I am 99% sure ours were sent together so we were delivered today!!!

But just for fun, the 27th was Sunday so we have to choose the previous business day which is the 25th so try EXP 25 APR 2014A and you should be able to bring it up

Also, this goes under Shippers Reference not just the tracking # box. Once you get the waybill #, you track it in that box

So I had my fiance pay the Visa fee (at BPI), and then went on the visa website to schedule my interview online. Everything seemed to be going smoothe, but then when I went to the final screen to pick a date it says "there are currently no appointments available"!!! Noooooooo!

I've been reading about the Philippines, and I think they must be swamped over there. I also just called, and they told me the same thing. Their advice is to keep checking the website. I'm hoping starting May they'll be opening for June. My birthday is in June and I plan to fly out to Manila for her interview. Fingers Crossed!

(London for us) My fiancé has his medical on May 9th and the packet I sent him (affidavit of support and everything he needs from me) should be there in a few days. He hasn't got his letter yet stating they have received our case at the consulate, but as soon as he gets it he will fill out the DS-160 and the readiness form. Will he have to wait to schedule his interview until they get the results of the medical or can they see he has that scheduled and schedule his interview shortly after his medical? I'm a bit confused of the steps and process of all of that...I've read the London guide, but I was wondering if anyone was at that step now!

When I got the NVC letter in the mail the other day, it suggested that my fiance go online and fill out the DS160 in advance. You don't have to wait for the embassy before doing that.

Also, still "In Transit." Apparently, they're walking it across the Atlantic.

Good Luck! Let me know how it goes. When I tried to schedule my interview yesterday and today it said there are currently no interviews available (In Manila). Looks like I'll have to continue to check on a daily basis.
