Yay got our MNL# already they shipped it the day before yesterday :) thank God :-*

WOOHOO!!! congrats! Mine says "in transit" as of last night, so that makes me happy. :dance: When the guy said it was in "AP," that made me worried!! But it was only there over the weekend, so "AP" must be part of a standard answer?

I tried tracking it via DHL, and I epic failed. :( It says nothing is found. WHAT?!?!?! Tell me where it is! :lol:

I am sending ++++++ vibes out to those still waiting. As it happened, I had pretty much made the committed decision to stop checking emails and the USCIS site due to frustration and anxiety it was causing, and I got our NOA2 later that night. 60 days was how long mine took. Your approvals are coming! :D

Now off to USEM later to get request form for Police Cert. pay interview fee and schedule for medical and interview

Thanks Tina i just had a long cry before my Boss i mean fiance disturb me which i love because means theres good news :D mine i think i don't have to track it because my consulate here already has it.

Lol Tina i'm in a rush i like being in action i just wanted to get this done and get stuck with my Boss forever ;)

So from what I can tell, the NOA2 people waited a week until they called NVC to inquire about the case #, but most people received info around the 10 day mark?

For those (esp UK filers) who already received their case #s, did you schedule your medical as soon as you got your case #? Or do you have to wait until the case is actually confirmed at the (London) Embassy to schedule that? I just ask because my fiance and I will already be in London on Monday, May 19th, and it's not cheap to travel back and forth from Edinburgh to London a gazillion times, so we really want to schedule the medical ASAP in the hopes of getting that exact date... (long shot but we shall try!)

In transit :) have any of you gotten any texts or e-mails since noa2? Letters? When I got our case number, the guy verified my e-mail and phone number, so apparently they could do this. but there's been nothing..

Feb. 19, 2014: I-129F petition sent

Feb. 26, 2014: NOA1

April 1, 2014: NOA2!!!! yay!

Hello all,

Congratulations to everyone with NOA2s! :D

I'd like to share our experience with NVC.

Apr 2, we got our NOA2 and we were too elated to think about next part of the process. Weeks passed, and finally we started getting anxious about the next stage.

Apr 22, I called the NVC to inquire about case #. I was on hold for 30 mins before I got to talk to a representative. He was very cordial and talked me through the process step by step. He gave me our case # and Invoice ID # (I had no idea what this was at that time). He recited our email addresses to confirm that it was mine and my fiancé's and informed me of the case status. Our case had been shipped from the NVC to the consulate last week(Apr 17) o.O

Me being a special kind of crazy, tracked it from the DHL website (instructions here, http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/302190-dhl-tracking-from-nvc-to-us-embassy/#entry4567372 ) and it arrived at KTM consulate the same day (Apr 22). Talk about coincidence. ;)

Hope the couples waiting for NOA2 get theirs soon. I think the trick is to think "it's not going to come today" and not check the case status for 24 hours and voila, "Approval Notice" ;)

I haven't even gotten a hard copy letter from the nvc, let alone emails. But as long as we hear from Dublin soon, I don't care about nvc communication. ;)

So I called the NVC on Tuesday and received my case number. They told me it arrived Monday. How do I find out what is going on with my case and when it leaves the NVC? Is there a website to visit like the USCIS had to keep you updated on everything?

09/26/14 - RFE (needed additional tax documentation and Affidavit of Support issues) :ranting:

11/04/14 - Sent RFE response

11/07/14 - Received RFE reponse (RFE Response Review)

12/10/14- Put in an Inquiry about my case (Says we should hear from them by January 1st)

01/06/15 - Called USCIS inquiring about my case

01/09/15 - Received text/email alerts saying my husband's EAD/AP card has been ordered! YAYYYYY! :dancing:

01/12/15 - Received second email/text saying his EAD/AP card is being produced!

01/16/15 - Received email/text that EAD/AP card was mailed and was given tracking number

01/17/15 - EAD/AP card in hand!

01/29/15 - Received notification that our Interview has been scheduled for Mar. 3rd!
