Tell me about it!! What would be helpful is if USCIS actually processed things in the order they came in!!! I just checked the "last 15 approved K1 filers at California"... luckily most of them were from February, but there were a few from March. Why are they working on March when there are people from last year waiting? It makes me so sad to think about those people, and it's so terrifying knowing it could happen to any of us for no reason. I really do not have anything good to say about USCIS or this process right now.. But I am forcing myself to be positive so let's hope it works. This week-long headache and increasing anxiety has got t

I know, right? When I input our data into the system, I said to my fiance, "God, wouldn't it be horrible if we were one of the unlucky ones at CSC who have to wait the full five months while everyone else got approved?" Said he in response, "That won't happen."

Crickets.

Ah to be an unlucky one. At least I get to see him in two weeks, and I'm staying for 6 weeks, too! I just hope we don't get RFE'd or anything while I'm away--would totally slow stuff down. I want our stuff to come through before!

hi jabadilla, my fiancée approved case is in transit to USEM. if we pay the visa fee at BPI , do we need to fill up & submit first the DS-160 before we can schedule her interview or can we schedule her interview right after we pay the visa fee and do the DS-160 at a later time? I just want to schedule it soon coz I'll be in Manila in May for 3 weeks and I'm hoping we can get an interview while I'm there.

I believe you dont need that only untill before the interview...i think you can schedule your medical and interview as long as you pay the fee...

Oh that's nice you'll be there for so long!! Enjoy :) It sucks because when I check Igor's list, it says they're basically approving 2-5 K1 cases a day. I'm sure there are more cases that aren't reported to VJ that have been approved but seriously, TWO TO FIVE?! People always say, "once they look at your case, it takes about 15 minutes to approve." Why aren't they pumping out more then?! I tried to google to see what other types of visas they process but couldn't find anything. It's very discouraging, especially since they are all over the place with it. The last two approved cases were sent in end of January and end of March. What about February! :crying:

I know, right? When I input our data into the system, I said to my fiance, "God, wouldn't it be horrible if we were one of the unlucky ones at CSC who have to wait the full five months while everyone else got approved?" Said he in response, "That won't happen."

Two to five a day? Hardly! TSC did 3,500 approvals alone in October, though by January they only did about 1,500 and they still had over 5,000 applications left to approve! CSC on the other hand, has half the number of applications at the moment, which is why they're sailing along so quickly. This is all just I-129f's, they have so much other stuff to do at the same time! I know how you feel, It's easy to think they're slacking without thinking about these things. All of us at VJ are very small fish swimming in a very huge pond.

I think you'll find this link useful. It's preset to TSC I-129f stats but you can change the applications and Service Centers around...

As I said, I was going by Igor's list, which is solely based off the information that people at VJ provide. And when I change it to other types of visas and show the last 15 approvals, there's still only a few a day. Obviously there are other cases not reported to VJ that are getting approved. But just looking at the stats of VJ people that are getting approved, it seems to be slow.

That was a joke!! I just meant I see all these approvals for February and get all excited but they're all for the Philippines cause they're fast tracking you guys, so none for other countries!! I'm not actually disliking you! I really hope they start approving Feb filers from everywhere else soon, or i'll be homeless as my lease expires so I'm getting antsy lol

Quick question about "proof of ongoing relationship" stuff for the interview.

Do I only need to include proof from the point we filed the I 129f

or for the ENTIRE duration of our relationship?

I believe the guide on VJ says just stuff from I129f on, but it seems like a lot of people include everything.

What are your thoughts on this?

P.S. - called NVC, no record of our case yet.

My thoughts are bring everything! I would rather have too much info that they do not end up looking at than to not have something they are asking for.

As for us, my fiance is going to take additional pictures, phone bills, skype logs, and facebook messages. Im just going to print a page or two per month for the past year or so.
