That's WONDERFUL guys!!!!! Congratulations to all our latest approvals. Seems like they are banging them out.

Guess I'm just going to have to Let the process spin its wheels & stop agonizing or ill be dead before its done.

Our 3 month anniversary is coming up at the end if the month. I'm focusing on that and getting his gift ready. It's a cd w little snippets of video of the day we met on the trip. Lol I'm thinking of printing one if those photo books from like snapfish of the baby's progression thus far. He's wanting to get into everything now. At least since he missed everything he can always have a reference of it at his fingertips. We have a first tooth that just popped up a few days ago! Yipppeeee. I also finally got my jogging stroller delivered so I can start to run again. That's a great distraction. Totally clears the mind.

Hi!! I was waiting to post here until I could tell Johan about our update (8 hour time difference... boooo!), but at 7:45 pm pacific time (California time!), I got an email from USCIS telling me that our petition was approved! :) No text, although I'm signed up for both. Handling it like a typically responsible, professional, level-headed, middle-aged woman, I started crying and shaking, and scanned through the email to make sure that it didn't say something like "you suck" or "keep dreaming, dorks." USCIS handled themselves appropriately and just said that they sent us a notification on April 8th that the decision is in our favor. :D

I told my daughter (my erratic behavior was likely unnerving and alarming to a 15-year old girl). ;) Then stopped just short of an all-points bulletin to wake the man up! He now knows, and between us, we probably lost about 100 lbs of stress. What an incredible thing to share with someone. :)

Nikki, congrats to you! For everyone else still waiting, keep the faith! This group is such a blessing, and things are really moving. Thank you to every one of you for the support and for sharing the stress, burden, happiness and experience. Our NOA2 took exactly 60 days. Now onto the next wait. How long before I can call the NVC?? wink wink.

03/13/2014- Alien Registration number changed.

05/22/2014- NOA2 text message receive Approved in 72 days!! :dancing:

2016-08-17- I290B- Motion to reconsider filed by the lawyer.

2016-12-08- Motion to reconsider denied

Now starting the whole process again and refilling I-485.

01/06/15 - Called USCIS inquiring about my case

01/09/15 - Received text/email alerts saying my husband's EAD/AP card has been ordered! YAYYYYY! :dancing:

01/12/15 - Received second email/text saying his EAD/AP card is being produced!

01/16/15 - Received email/text that EAD/AP card was mailed and was given tracking number

01/17/15 - EAD/AP card in hand!

01/29/15 - Received notification that our Interview has been scheduled for Mar. 3rd!

If you need to get a uk police certificate in a rush apply now! They're absolutely swamped apparently, I called today to ask about mine and they told me they'd received my information on the 1st but I'll have to wait ten working days from now.. Even though on the paper work it says 10 working days from the day they receive it >.>

16 January 2014: I-129F Application sent!

3rd February 2014: NOA1

10th February 2014: NOA1 Hardcopy received

NOA2: (File accidentally sent to NVC without approval, NOA2 actually received 5th May 2014)

12th March 2014: File sent to NVC (without approval)

26th March 2014: NVC Sent petition to London!

28th March 2014: Received in London

3rd April 2014: Packet 3

24th April 2014: Medical

27th May 2014: Interview!

4th June 2014: VISA ISSUED!

congrats!!! SO exciting! I never did get a text, even though I'm signed up for both that and emails. Without that email, I wouldn't have known for awhile, as I'd just decided yesterday NOT to keep checking the website. lol
