You'll get an email (your NOA1 e-notification) within the next couple of days hopefully with your case number on it then you can start tracking and waiting for your NOA2!

OK thanks! It's weekend already.. Once I get it, I will comment again :)

For the K1 medical they do NOT need to get vaccinated there correct? (Doesn't hurt chances?) that way we can do it here covered by my health insurance once we do AOS?

That's correct vaccinations aren't required for the k1 although some consulates are a bit iffy about it and tell you to have them done at the medical. The offical word on it is:

K visa applicants are encouraged to get the vaccinations required under U.S. immigration law for immigrant visa applicants. Although such vaccinations are not required for K visa issuance, they will be required when adjusting status to that of legal permanent resident following your marriage. Applicants are therefore encouraged to fulfill these vaccination requirements at the time of the medical examination.

Huh, guess you're right. I was under the impression most basic plans don't cover vaccinations for adults with the general trend of trying to cut cost wherever possible. My bad.

Welcome Tana!

I see Texas is your processing center? Texas seem to take a while to process the NOA2s it looks like they're mainly processing some from November. So it's taking anywhere between 2-6 months to get your NOA2! Just keep watching the timelines and processing times to get an idea of when you'll be approved! Good luck :)

I am pretty good at forgetting it's out there. Miraculously. It may be because my mind is busy counting down until he's here for spring break! :D 40 days.
