Completely obsessed and tortured. Trying to think it will take 3 months and if anything happens beforehand GREAT! but its HARD to stay witht hat in mind when youy see people getting such quick approvals here in this forum. To be fair its either from the UK, Canada, or a disaster touched country and NONE from DR which is where my fiance is coming from. The ones from there seem to average 3 months. and TSC seems to be slower and thats where we are. So Im travelling in 20 days ALSO! 9March 20 thank GOD) to spend 10 days w my honey and for our baby to remember who daddy is :( and i hope that will smooth us into Month 2 of waiting....

I check the site constantly and am thinking of unsubscribing to these alerts of this forum OR signing up just for a TSC/DR one. lol cuz OMG im SO happy for you guys but WOW its bitter sweet for me!!!!

Hi All! So we submited our i129-f last Feb 22, 2014 and it got delivered via USPS last Feb. 25, 2014. Questions:

1. Are we considered as Feb Filers?

3. Where can we follow it up?

2. When will we get our NOA1?

Thanks and stay blessed!

Although you're rather late into the month you're still considered Feb filers! You'll get your NOA1 hopefully within 10 days of them receiving your file! :)

Tracking the case is done on: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do

If you included the e-notification form inside your packet you'll receive an email saying your case has been accepted and it'll give you a case number which you enter into the website! On the case dashboard make sure you opt in for case email notifications! :) If not you'll receive your case number on your NOA1 hardcopy!

3rd February 2014: NOA1

10th February 2014: NOA1 Hardcopy received

NOA2: (File accidentally sent to NVC without approval, NOA2 actually received 5th May 2014)
