JUST GOT APPROVED AFTER 196 DAYS!

Yes!!!!! Congratulations!!! And now off to Dublin to quickly finish the process. ?

Abby, this thread has gotten slow!

We are getting married next Friday Woohoooo! Matt got his SS card this week in the mail. I have started filling our the AOS forms so those can be sent in soon as we get the marriage certificate.

We are just very happy to be living together! Hope you are doing well and are very happy!

K-1 Visa -  Date of arrival to US  Aug 30, 2014

Married September 26, 2014

AOS: SEPT 24th, 2015 GREEN CARD RECEIVED !! 

ROC:  Oct 10, 2018    Approval of ROC via online USCIS site.  

Naturalization: March 26th, 2021 Approved!!

As of 2022, we are working towards moving back to Australia likely in 2025.

Very slow now! I think most of us are too busy enjoying our new lives together :) How's everything going?

This thread has drastically slowed down! How is everyone?

Yay! We finally sent off our AOS packet yesterday after being married for a month. We were hoping to send it off sooner but we had to wait 10 days to get our marriage license and then change my name, Rich had to go to the doctors for vaccinations, etc. We live in Chicago so it was supposed to arrive today, I can't wait till we get an email saying they opened it!! But I am NOT looking forward to being at the hands of USCIS again haha.

We finally got our NOA2 approval : On September 16, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E).

Now I have to read back through the threads to catch up on what's next etc.

Yay lots of great things going on! Andre has been here exactly 30 days. We have been very busy getting everything ready for our October 11th wedding. We will file AOS as soon as we can afterwards. His I-94 expires Nov 21st so sometime before then, hopefully. :-) I am not looking forward to that, but I know Andre is ready to work. He did get his SSN and now we are working on putting his name on some my lease, utilities, and bank accounts so that he can have proof of address to get a Drivers License and we can be ready for the next steps of the immigration stuff. 22 days til wedding day! I will definitely post a picture :)
