Mailed the petition Feb. 18 2014, NOA 1 received Feb. 26, 2014 via text. OMG, am I ready for this??!! Just kidding of course. I'm understandably nervous, but also so very, very, very excited to be one step closer to my fiance. My case number begins with SRC. Does this mean anything? Thanks!

Yes it means you are a Texas petitioner. Good luck?

Actually i am from a place affected by typhoon but not from main place or city where it landed, i'm not making it an excuse or use it to expedite our case :) fair and square i'm just grateful that my family survived . If approval is for us i'll just leave it everything to God :)

I wasn't saying it horribly or anything! I think that it's completely correct to fast track people affected/people in the country's affected by natural disasters! :) I was just commenting saying fast approvals are due to that fact and that people that are not living in those country's shouldn't get there hopes up for a super fast approval ;p

Hello! I have been browsing the forums for a while and just made an account. I filed my I-129F in February. It was received on February 18, 2014 and the notice date is February 20, 2014. I just looked online and the Alien Registration Number was changed on February 24. I've had a little bit of a hard time following some of the timeline information (even after reading FAQs), but I assume I'm now waiting on the NOA2?

Cheers to everyone on the forums!

I assume you received your NOA1 on the 20th? (You'll receive your hard copy soon after) If so it's now just waiting for the NOA2 and starting to think about getting all the bits together (beneficiaries police certificate, getting any jabs the beneficiary can for free before the medical, ect)!
