Well i don't know if it ls a coincidence..but...

January Filers were e-mailing these 2 people from USCIS! They were getting approved in JULY!
So..then I proceeded to e-mail them aswell on behalf of December filers and myself..and i received my NOA2 a few days later-on July 24th to be exact and also some other Dec. filers received their approvals.!!
Then a November Filer: Chaeradaria also did it..and the next day she got approved.
I also posted it on the December thread and 7monthsTSC also wrote them about their case and also received approval in 4 days and now EJAI (February filer) did it aswell...I hope Caiti receives her approval as well! Good luck to you guyss!

OMG! YES!!! It was either that or the congressman and senator. Either way I am on cloud nine. 168 days of anguish and torture just endes by a simple few words.

I hope the other February filers get their approvals soon.

What were people writing in the emails that were sent to:

Associate director for service center operations: donald.W.neufeld@uscis.dhs.gov
Chief of operatons/staff : susan.k.arroyo@uscis.dhs.gov

It can't be a coincidence that some of the people that did it, then went on to receive NOA2's soon after. Any help much appreciated. 5.5months now.

I don't believe there's a coincidence , I mean, all those i mentioned above got approved and another February filer sent me a message thanking me for sharing the info..and that they also got approved!! So...they should try it ...this is what i wrote:

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am truly sorry for the bother but I am writing you concerning my K-1 Visa petition that i filed with helped of a lawyer on December 19th of 2013 which i received my NOA1 on the 31st of the same month. I have been checking IGOR'S LIST (Online Visa community of k-1 visas and even spouse Visas), and as you can see there has been a lot of January Filers geting approved and even recent filers like May and June. I find this very painful and unfair that i see all these approvals that have filed after me. I and many others December filers have been waiting almost 7 months to get our case approved and when my congressman, senator and even Lawyer contacted USCIS they told them that my case would be approved this week and that they were working on December 17th filers but as you can see that's not true. My fiancee, ##### ###### , is from Venezuela and as you may have heard over the news, the current situation in her country is extremely dangerous and they are presenting economic crisis. I'm scared that something may happen to her. I really don't know whom to contact now, this is why i am desperately in need of your help.

My K-1 Receipt #: ###########

Sincerely, so and so...

You should definetly write on behalf of February filers like i did and also write about yourself.. How you are waiting while others are getting their approvals is absurd etc...put your receipt number so they can check your case...TRY it !!

This was what I wrote:

-----------------------------------------------------------------

Mr. Neufeld,
My name is *caiti and I submitted a form I-129F petition for an alien fiance in February of this year at the Texas Service Center. The case number assigned to my petition is SRC##########. I am contacting you as the 5.5 month mark for processing provided on the USCIS website is quickly approaching for my petition and I have yet to receive approval or even an update on my case. I am becoming increasingly frustrated, as I have received knowledge of other petitioners who filed their petitions months after mine already receiving approval while others are already married and living together in the U.S. I can't help but feel as though I am being treated very unfairly in this process.

To provide a little background:

My fiancé and I have both been very careful to follow and obey all rules set forward to us by the federal government since we met over two years ago. He has traveled to the U.S. on multiple visas, including an ESTA and even a J-1 work visa, and has been remarkably cautious to avoid violating them in even the slightest manner. He lived with my family and me for an entire year whilst working on the J-1 visa. We were given the opportunity to marry during this time, but decided against it, as we did not want to breach the terms and conditions of his visa, even though we knew we could have easily done so. Instead, we made the very difficult decision for him to return home and to apply for the K-1 visa simply because we wished to adhere to federal immigration regulations as closely as possible (despite the obvious emotional and financial implications).

We now feel as though we are being punished for our obedience. Being apart from the person you desperately love and want to marry is difficult beyond words as it is, but not knowing when you will even be able to see them again is utter agony. I understand there are many others waiting in line and it is a very difficult task to process so many petitions, forms and visas, but if there is anything at all you may be able to assist us with regarding the status of our petition, I would be tremendously grateful. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance and I hope to hear from you soon.

Sincerely,

*caiti
