Port of entry ..passport stamp

Hi everybody, im confused about the stamp in my passport , i entered USA the second Feb , after taking fingerprint and pic and opening the stealed envelop, they gave me back my passport with this informations face to visa page ; CR1 FEB 01122016 please what these informations means ? IS THERE ANY ERROR ?this is all what they normally stamp in the passport ? i was bymyself at the port of entry and im not sure now if i did everything like it should or not ?
