Can't file DS-260 electronic online

Hi, I filed a SB-1 and it was approved than they asked me to fill out DS-230 and I-134 and sen it to the embassy in Ankara, after a week I received an e-mail with an appointment date for interview for March 6 2014.

The e-mail they sent me includes Case Number and Invoice Identification Number but when I try to file form DS-260 electronically I can't sign in here is the error I get.

• The selected Case Number and Invoice Identification Number combination you entered does not match our records. Please try again or contact the National Visa Center for further assistance

I e-mailed the embassy in Ankara this is the answer I received

You need to fill the DS-260 electronic form before coming to the interview or your case will be postponed to another date.

The invoice number is the number that NVC had sent to you. Please use it together with your case number.

You need to bring the listed documents on the day of the interview. If not your case will be temporarily rejected until you provide all the documents.

My interview is in a month, what should I do I cant submit the DS-260 online.

how long have you got your case number and ID number? you are never able to do log in or were you already entered? wait 2 or 3 days and if you can't log in yet call NVC.

Its been 6 days since I got my numbers, I was never able to login. I cant even login to pay the fee for ds-260.

ok, every day you try to log in for another 1 week, and if you can't enter yet call NVC and ask why.
