I (H1-B holder) and my Wife (US Citizen) got married in US on Aug-13 and then went ahead and had our religious marriage ceremony in India on Nov-13. We are having a bona fide marriage but not living at same address as my Job is in Chicago and my Wife's Job is in NJ. Till now we had not filed for my GC paper's as we were trying to find a Job at common location but that has not been possible, so now we have decided to go ahead and file for my GC papers even though we live at different addresses. We have been flying these past 5 months to see each other at least once every 2 weeks or sometimes every week and have air tickets as a proof. My question is that while filing I-130 and sending Bona Fide marriage evidence should I up front send these air tickets to USCIS or wait till they ask for it?

I don't think it is necessary for you to include the air tickets in your application if you have other things to proof the bonafide nature of your relationship like a marriage certificate, photos showing you two together etc. more proof will be required at the interview but it still doesn't hurt to include the air tickets in the application

I would include the tickets (copies) to help explain the unusual situation and paint a full picture of your married life.

since you are both in the US do you have a US joint bank account? I think if you show joint finances with a US bank account as well as your other marriage evidence you shouldn't need the tickets but it can't hurt to have them in there as additional proof! Make copies and send it in, whats the harm?
