My wife arrived here in December on a K-1 visa. We are now married filing for AOS and EAD. Regarding her son (my stepson), he is a full time student (22 y.o.) at a university in China for the next two years. He plans to finish university in China before coming to US, what, if any, visa can we file for him?

NOA1 received 3/12/2012
RFE #1 received 10/15/2012
RFE #2 received 4/12/2013
NOA2 received 7/22/2013
NOA2 hard copy 7/26/2013
NVC received package 8/28/2013
NVC sent package to Guangzhou 9/17/2013

Consulate Received 9/28/2013

Packet 3 Received 10/12/2013

Packet 3 Sent 10/15/2013

Packet 4 Received 11/8/2013

Leaving for China 11/20/2013 (cant wait)
