Hi,

I am curious if anyone knows what the process is for interview requirements when AOS is correctly filed for a spouse who entered the country on a K1 and was legally married before the 90 day limit. We had a lot of evidence showing our relationship when she was interviewed in the Juarez Mexico Consulate. I'm curious if we are likely to require an interview as part of the AOS process or if it is more common than not that K1 entries that file for AOS are approved without another interview. When looking at my case status online it is in the "Testing and interview" stage and curious if that means we are for sure to get a interview notice or if it is still possible that they will approve the application without an interview. Thanks for any input. - Hatrick.

They likely look through, find ones that are suspect for interviews, and then do a random selection of the remainders.
