I was hoping for wit, not some copy/paste tweets from dickheads sad.png What passes for journalism these days...

Oh, don't get me wrong, I don't go to buzzfeed for my witty journalism, I just go there for the public castration. It's kind of like how I laugh to myself when I'm driving here and see a whiskey plate.

I love a guy who looks like he could be on Criminal Minds as either an agent or a killer.

Lightweight.... What no tuba? Gotta admit I miss me some san migs

I just asked the wife. She said that is a native Wine.

I am taking baby steps

My first stay was at the radisson Blu

Second stay was in a rented apt near her family that had hot water and AC

Next stay is going to be province.

Province... where? I stayed in Cabiao for about 20 days last year, about 8 of them with no electricity, internet, or running water due to tornadoes. It wasn't what I'd call a pleasant experience for my spoiled #######. Loved the family time, hated the heat, humidity, and mosquitoes. But The Bar on ice? MMmmmmmmmm....

"How the #### r u gonna have foreigners sing the our national anthem....lol"

Oh god. laughing.gif

The same way I learned (well, tried to) the Korean National Anthem while I was there. Even if I didn't know all the words, I stood out of respect, and did what the Koreans did. It's THEIR country, so I felt it was MY place to honor their traditions. Never, not one single time, did I ever expect a Korean to speak English to me.

I much prefer the province life to the big city life, especially if you are talking about Manila. The mosquitoes are hell dave. I have 3 permanent scars, 2 on my legs one on my arm. I even went to a hospital because I had this bite that bubbled my skin up in a blister about the size of a half-dollar. I didn't know ####### it was. They said it was a roach bite but the following year I went the same thing happened on my ankle while I was at an outdoor resto so I know it wasn't a roach but a mosquito of some kind.

Nature you should try Tuba. I've had it on a couple of different occasions. Homemade wine basically, made from fermented palm leaves. First time I had it, was bitter with a kick to it. Another time I had it was much sweeter with a hint of vinegar after taste. Just be careful where you get it, trust the source because you don't know if it was made relatively safe to drink lol. For all you know it could have been made in a used bedpan with sewer water.
