Saddam hanging imminent

Saddam Hussein will be hanged before dawn on Saturday in Iraq, before 6 a.m. (10 p.m. Friday ET), according to Appeals Judge Munir Haddad. Iraqi TV stations and Reuters news agency are reporting a similar timeframe. The former president was convicted of crimes against humanity in connection with the killings of 148 people in Dujail.

I really feel that there seems to be a huge amount of bloodlust going on in these threads.

Mags, on the bloodlust thing, I really think that some (maybe me) are vocalizing it more because there are some that are protesting it...it makes it much more enjoyable to do so. It's kind of like the little kid that gets picked on at school. You keep calling him names because you know he hates it...the minute he acts as if it doesn't bother him, people stop calling him names because it ceases to be fun.
