I need some help please my I-751 people. I'm sure I saw this question somewhere but can't seem to find it. I have a daughter living in Canada and not moving here with me. I have 2 step children, one lives with us the other does not. Do we have to add them on the list of children even if they are not involved in the process? And if they are over 21 are they still considered children?

This new form is a bit different than the older one... ugh, I really hope there are no RFE's or more delays... or that I get my biometrics appointment scheduled while we are on vacation in Florida at the end of March kicking.gif

Package arrived on Thurs, and check cashed Friday!

That was fast! I wonder if they cash their cheques all at the same time? My package arrived on Wednesday (sent Tuesday) and they cashed it Friday.

They are moving fast I got NOA1 today also. I wonder if we'll get lucky enough for the rest of the process to move as quick. Or if it will be 6 months or more until completion.

I got both my NOA1 and my biometrics letter today! Yay! The NOA1 is dated 02/24 - which is the same day they got my package. Some quick workers down there in CA! Biometrics is from 02/28 and my appointment is in two weeks on March 16th.

Is anyone able to check their case status online? My number is not found. Do I have to wait a few days or something?

02-24-2014 * ROC package sent to USCIS Vermont Service Center

02-25-2014 * ROC package received at USCIS Vermont Service Center

02-26-2014 * NOA1 notice date

02-28-2014 * Cheque cashed

03-05-2014 * Biometrics notice date

03-28-2014 * Biometrics Appointment in Baltimore

Is anyone able to check their case status online? My number is not found. Do I have to wait a few days or something?

You need to wait for your biometrics letter. The application number on your bio letter is your case number! Just checked my status with it and it works fine :)
