The check for my I-751 was cashed on Feb. 5th, we just today received a I-797C (for biometrics). Can we travel out of the country with just this? We have flights book for 2 weeks, and the appointment is 2 days before we leave. The form doesn't say anything about extending status, it's just for the appointment. Were we supposed to get anything else before this? Should we be okay to travel ?

Recheck your NOA. Mine says my GC status extended for a year.

I think I went overboard with evidence. My package was an inch thick. I included a ton of stuff from 3 years of leases, tax returns, mail addressed to us both, joint bank stuff, insurance stuff, pension stuff, photos, joint credit card and statements, itineraries and boarding passes from our trip to the Caribbean etc etc etc.

I sent it express, so it is supposed to arrive tomorrow by 3 pm. Crossing my fingers it does!

I mailed my packet out by overnight delivery to the Vermont Service Center on the 19th. It was received on the 20th. Check was cashed today, the 25th.
