We finally sent in our Removal of Conditions info on Monday, February 17th. First try on February 6th I forgot to include the Biometrics fee so they sent the whole thing back oops8rh.gif

Jan. 14/11: Last Touch
Jan. 17/11: Rec'd email notification with receipt number and notice that package was received and routed to Vermont for Processing. Able to logon within a day to check case.
Feb. 24/11: Mailed additional info to VSC
May 10/11: RFE email - May 12/11: RFE hard copy received
May 27/11: RFE reply received and being processed.
July 1/11: NOA2!!!

Hi VJ,

We filed our I-751 on 7 Feb; got NOA1 a few days later with the application number (WAC#)

Then we just got our NOA2 (bio appointment) today with a different application WAC number, but the service center says ESC.

Is that normal?

Is that normal?

That's normal, I got the same thing too.

You can use the WAC on the biometric letter to sign up for text & email updates.

Took around 1 month to collect all docs….after spending so much time searching still forgot to write A# on each page.headbonk.gif

But sent a cover letter with all docs and page number on it.mellow.png

A number on EACH page? We are supposed to do that? I am hoping to send mine out in the next 2 days...I never heard of this before and don't recall doing this for my AOS. Is it necessary???

9/3/11 - I130 Mailed (USPS Priority)
9/6/11 - I130 Received
9/8/11 - NOA1 via text/email (rerouted to California Service Center)
9/12/11 - I-797C Notice of Action received via mail (from CSC)
2/27/12 - NOA2!!!!
NVC:
3/5/12 - Case received at NVC
3/19/12 - Case number and invoice number received
3/19/12 - Emailed DS-3032
3/20/12 - AOS bill invoiced & paid
3/21/12 - AOS fee withdrawn from bank account
3/21/12 - AOS bill shows PAID
3/22/12 - Mailed AOS packet to NVC
3/23/12 - AOS packet delivered to NVC
3/26/12 - DS-3032 accepted via email
3/27/12 - False checklist received for AOS packet
3/27/12 - IV bill invoiced & paid
3/28/12 - IV fee withdrawn from bank account + IV bill shows as PAID, Mailed IV packet to NVC
