I have finally made an account here .

And finnaly got approved :)

I have send all paperworks on Feb 19th

NOA Feb 29.

Biometric March 19th .

Then got RFE on the end of the May and they request more bank statements because i send just 3 , more car insurance for last two years , more prof of financial assets and that we live together and certifaed copy of KY county because i submit that i was arrest in KY because i didnt pay traffic ticket and they issued bench warrent . I send them so many papers in Feb which i got confused why they askimg for more , wich i didnt have . So i send more bank statememts and car insurance and certifaed copy from KY court . I assume that they send RFE because of that . So they give me timeframe from end of the May until August 19. to send everything . I send everything on the August 4, and saw yesterday on the 14th that they approved me . :)

Im really happy , finally its all over

I wish you all the best and fast responst and im glad to help if someone have any question.

This is frustrating! I checked the status if ny case, it is still showing " initial review". I've sent my package on Feb, they received it on Feb 4th, but nothing yet. I can see here many cases sent in February have been aporoved. Should I call uscis or infopass to see what is going on?

On August 13, 2014, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you.

By the way I got the approval letter today and it was signed in the bottom by the Center Director

But not of Vermont, but of Philadelphia, PA

Have you tried doing a service request on your case. I think judging from my experince, your case is still in the normal processing time. You can talked to a customer service representative and see if you can talk to a 2nd tier concerning your case. I bet they might tell you that they are dealing with february first or 2nd cases. You will get your approval letter very soon... Just be a little patient. I filed in December. My case was approved 08/02 and i got my card yesterday. So mine was nearly 9 months. NO RFE whatsoever but patience is a virtue. In short, your only option is to keep calling them and doing a service request... Good luck!!

I received a notification that USPS picked up my card on August 18th and received another notification the next day August 19th that my card has been delivered to my address. I got home from work and it had indeed arrived in my mailbox. Wow! A day between pick-up and delivery. I am forever grateful.
