I just noticed over on the December 2013 thread that they are transfering cases over from VSC to CSC.

You have to wonder if VSC is experiencing an unplanned staff shortage.

It will be interesting to see if they start doing that with the January filings as well. Might be an indication of what is to come for later groups.

You know, I remember about three years back, when we first applied for our petition, VSC was a lot further behind. I wonder, without any empirical proof, if there's any backlog from removal from that time, now that they're due. At least that's what I tell myself to not worry.

Stay positive guys. There are still some of us from December who have not received any RFEs or anything on our applications. We are outside normal processing time. I personally did a service request and was told my case is pending adjudication and they are sorry for the delay. Strangely enough, cases in January have gotten approved. You never know, you guys might be next. It is the wait game. Lets keep our hopes alive.

Hello guys! i've been reading this topic since the beginning, but didn't write anything because simply couldn't remember my old login.. But couldn't resist today, since i got an email with this amazing sentence in it - "On July 17, 2014, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you."

I filed on Feb 14, they recieved it on Feb 17, i got my NOA on Feb 20, biometrics on March 21.. and now approved. Which is kind of surprise, because i was expecting an RFE.. We have very little evidence.. No bank accounts together, no bills, no affidavits, no vehicles in both names.. We only sent in tax returns, joint leases (the last one was expired and i didn't notice it till after i had sent the documents), and our daughter's birth certificate.. Also pictures, few cards and pretty much that's it..

so, i guess i'm the first one approved at VSC!

I hate to bring bad news to people but Vermont is having a severe backoder now. See the official interpretation below:

They narrowed down the flow since september 2013 and have processed 1000+ cases a month while accepting 9000+ cases/month.

CSC is acting normal up to date.
