NVC with petitioner abroad, questions!

I promise I tried very hard to find these answers for myself first, and I just couldn't. We are filing for CR-1 spouse visa.

1. On I-864, Part 6 question 13 & 14. Do I check both boxes, or just 14? I plan to include the three most recent years of tax transcripts. Confusing me because 13 says "most recent year only" and 14 says "second and third most recent years". Neither says all three years!

2. I live in Costa Rica with my husband. So for Part 6 question 5, do I put what I'm currently making in Costa Rica (converted into dollars)? And since I do live with my husband, do I list him as contributor in question 6? (When I filed my taxes last year I did NOT list his income)

3. Will I need to include the employment letter and pay stubs? I know my current income will not count towards the poverty guidelines, but do they still want to see I'm "employable"?

4. I have about $150,000+ total in savings and stock accounts. I don't plan on getting a co-sponsor. Should this be enough without a co-sponsor? And from how far back will I need to include bank statements showing the money didn't magically appear?

5. My husband got his police record a few months back (because I thought USCIS wouldn't take 10 months...) and it expires after 30 days. It doesn't say so on the actual police record, I had to look it up at the US embassy website. Do I need to include an updated police record with the IV package? Or should we just get one for the interview at the embassy?

6. Finally, it seems like the only form I can prepare right now is the I-864. All the other ones must be generated and emailed by NVC after I get a case number. Does that sound correct?
