hey i need u r help !!!

my wife is the main sponsor and her dad is the co-sponsor kk

my question is adding my wife's income together wth her dad it would be more than the poverty guideline though if we want to add her personal assets ( bank balance) for a safe side than which type of documents we need from the bank???

just the bank statement is sufficient ??or any thing else should be require from bank

Yah my file was at field Office n approved by them

Bt we did an email to nvc to research n they contacted USCIS on behalf of us n replied tht they already forwarded our case to nvc.

Was you case at Texas?

I 130 for parents March 18, 2013 NOA 1 November 1, 2013 Transfer to TSC December 10, 2013 NOA 2 December 31, 2013 shipped to NVC January 8, 2014 Case received by NVC February 10,2014 Case Number received

(Mother) February 13.2014 DS 261 submitted

February 14, 2014 paid AOS

February 19, 2014 AOS shows paid

March 5, 2014 mailed AOS

March 11 ,2014 AOS received by NVC

March 10, 2014 IV invoiced and paid

March 14, 2014 IV shows paid

March 15, 2014 Mailed IV packet

March 17,2014 DS-260 submitted

March 25.2014 AOS Check list (received by NVC on March 31st)

April 7, 2014 DS260 accepted & IV accepted AOS Checklist under review

April 10 2014: Case Complete

(Father) February 13.2014 DS 261 submitted

March 3,2014 Accidently resubmitted DS 261

February 14, 2014 paid AOS ( mother's payment covered both files)

Yea our case is taking forever also. We got our NOA2 12/12 and still no number. I was told by the 11th but still nothing. On hold with them as I type hopefully some good news today, but who knows

hey my situation is same as u i got approval on 16th December with hard copy bt still my case is not received bt nvc n not showing in to their system

what is the reason ????

Sorry to hear that, they confirmed they have my case just that it was not processed yet and has not been given a number. Been on hold for about 40 minutes now. Hopefully I get through soon

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
