With the I-485 and I-864, it is exactly what the instructions says it is. Leave blank when you have no answer. For the I-130 and G-325A, you fill in None or N/A where it applies. You are correct if you did that and will not get any RFEs..

I noticed that you did not provide 2013 tax transcripts or W2s even though we're already in 2014 now. According to the I864, it says we have to attach the MOST RECENT tax return copy. For that reason, i was REALLY confused today and almost didnt submit my papers. But then I wrote a letter explaining why I am not attaching 2013 tax return as of yet.

Let me know if you did the same thing! I've been a bit worried about that.

You only have to attach your 2013 tax transcripts once the tax filing season is over, which isn't until April. Until April (whatever the exact date) has come and passed, then your 2012 tax transcripts would be still be considered the most recent.

They give you until April so even if you file right away or you wait until the last week, it doesn't make a difference. 2012 would still be what you submit, no need to explain why you haven't filed your 2013 taxes yet.
