Hi all

We received the biometrics appointment letter with an appointment for next week, does that mean we are clear of the possibility of an RFC? Basically want to know if it is still possible to get an RFC? From what I have been reading, it seems like a lot of people get an RFC BEFORE their appointment, once they provide the information, they are cleared for biometrics. Any receive an RFC AFTER their biometrics?

This is for an AOS/EAD/AP combined application, for a current K1 visa holder.

Thanks!

I expect you can still get an RFE, the bio appt come through pretty quick after receipt of your combined package. I doubt very much that much has been done with your case when the send out bio appts.

You can definitely get an RFE after you receive your Biom appt letter.

Two members on this thread here posted about it -

You can receive RFE at any point of the process including during the interview.

It is not where I breathe but where I love that I live.

You can also be RFE'd after the interview; basically you can be RFE'd at any point before approval or denial.
