The USCIS recieved my I-130 on 01/01/2014 sent from Cairo ,Egypt but i haven't been able to recieve the NOA1 from the USCIS yet althaugh i have recieved their email saying that i should recieve it in 7 to 10 days, but it seems that most of regular mails here in Egypt get lost so finally i had to rent a p. o. Box at the post office and hopfully i can recieve my mails there but i have to change my address to the p. o. Box(which is the new address) but i couldn't do that on the USCIS website because it only lists US states while i am in Egypt right now. What can i do ? please can anyone help me with this problem ?

Call. Speak to a tier 2.

Let me know how that goes, when i did it (to change my wife address to the UK) they said they couldn't do it, and to address this at NVC stage....

You do not need to change a beneficiary's address. You do need to keep an updated petitioner's address or have it sent to an address in the USA that you trust.

Yes, but you cannot seem to change the petitioners address to an address outside the US either.....

It is really difficult. You sometimes have to keep calling and talking to tier 2 until you find one that will.

It's a horrible call service who really needs to be trained better. But that's when you sell out to the highest bidder. It's why the FAA is a government section. The USA doesn't want to trust the safety of their planes to the lowest bidder wanting to make money.

hello, my husband and i are going through the same problem as you. Were you able to find out your solution? Also, do you know how to change your address online because USCIS is taking too long to send us the form. To change our address from America to Turkey since he had to leave during his visa process.
