Error on Beneficiary's Name in Affidavit of Support (CR-1)

So my husband made an error in the affidavit of support. He wrote his surname as my last name. The middle name he wrote in the box was my middle name when I was still single. I used my maiden name in the application. So do I have to ask my husband to send me another aos with the correct name, or can I just change it into my maiden name myself? Will there be a problem in my interview if the name isn't written exactly the same as in the application? Thanks for answering my questions.
