So this is what my cover page will look like as I'm filing everything togeter.....I have not done my taxes yet for 2013 so i'm only providing my W2 just in case as well as a statement from my tax accountant stating that i dont file until april..............what do you guys think?

  • Form G-1145 Notification for I-485
  • Check Payment in the amount of $1070.00
  • Form I-485
  • Copy of non immigrant K1 and B1/B2 pages from my Brazilian Passport
  • Copy of 2nd Notice of Action (I-797)
  • Copy of I-94
  • Certified Birth certificate with Certified English translation
  • Certified Copy of Marriage Certificate
  • Form G-325A with 2 passport style photos attached
  • Form I-693 with Form DS 3025 (SEALED)
  • Form I-864

-------Employer Statement

-------Pay Stub Copies from the previous 6 months

-------Copies of Form 1040 (Tax Return Transcript) from Years 2012, 2011, & 2010

-------Copies of Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statement from Years 2012, 2011, & 2010

-------Statement from my accountant regarding my taxes

-------Copy of my recent 2013 W-2 Wage and Tax Statement

Looks good so far. You know that you only have to submit one G-1145? Put one on top and you get notifications for every application attached.

I also sent a copy of the k1 in the passport and I-94 for the I-131..

Also all the applications ask for copies of the marriage certificate and nothing about 'certified' copies. I sent a normal color copy since we just have 2 marriage certificates and I didn't wanna pay a fortune for more certified copies that I don't need. But that's up to you.

The rest looks on point. Good luck and speedy approval.

Had no problems with my wife's AOS sending a color copy of the marriage certificate. As the other user said, definitely don't send the original and just bring it to the interview if you have one since the IO might ask to see it at that time.

Looks almost exactly the same as our filing besides that. Good luck!
