Question about mailing packages to NVC

I sent out my A.O.S. package to NVC last Thursday. However, when I checked the tracking, below is what I saw. Is there a specific type of envelope that I need to use for them to not refuse the package? I used a manila envelope with typed labels. I sent it to

Attn. CMR AOS

Rochester Avenue Suite 100

Portsmouth, NH 03801-2914

If anyone could help and please advise, I would appreciate it very much. Thanks!
