i am preparing our cr-1 package

Hello every one,

Please bare with me as I have many questions to ask I want this to be perfect.

question 1: we filed an I -129 and do to the time expiring it was closed. so on the I 130 it ask if I filed before and that is a yes only that it was under her maiden name. should I include a copy of this letter in the package or will they have it already?

question 2: there is an A number at the top of the letter,on line 10 under her section of the I-130 ask for an alien number is that what this A number is and if so is it still valid and should I put it down there?

question 3: I have a letter from the IRS from last year because there was an adjustment to my refund but it is addressed to both of us. will this help show a evidence of our marriage? should I include this letter too?

question 4: How many chat logs should I include? or just print a copy of our chats and not actual chat content?

question 5: Should I be sending copies of bank statements to help show that I support them?

question 6: section D #1 is where I list my step son. the relationship is to me? so step son or to her? so son?

question 7: also under section D is where it ask if I have filed before all it ask for is name date and place. so there I put her name , Vermont service center and the date they first received it? then the reason is closed because of validity date passed?
