The error says due to ID verification we cannot process your application. Whenever I asked about it they just couldn't answer why. I shared a session and showed them my screen but still didn't get an answer, all they could tell me was "wait 24h, try tomorrow". I was applying alone. Oh well, I think I will just try a short-term insurance somewhere else

LadyPiret, is your income between 100% and 400% of the federal poverty line? That is, do you think you'll qualify for the subsidy? In my case, I just bypassed the whole Obamacare marketplace website (all of them are broken, by the way -- you're not the only one having issues) and shopped around directly (getting quotes from Anthem, Aetna, etc all individually). It is more time consuming to do it this way but you can get it started this way, instead of waiting an indeterminate amount of time for them to fix the marketplaces.
